It’s those months that your service just doesn’t sell.
You’re left with thoughts like…
Why don't they want your service?
I mean, you know (and I know) that your service is the best way to get them the best RESULTS.
But you're sending out email after email, just to be met with inbox *crickets*.
Let me ask you just one quick question. . .
What's the purpose of your email?
(I mean, duh, you want sales...) I get that. But are you treating your emails just like other ads?
With big flashy product pics and strong CTAs?
If your email looks and sounds like the thousands of other ads people see (and tune out) every day, it's going to get lost.
Buried in the trash with all the other ads.
I know, that's harsh. No one wants their hard work to end up there. But if you're only selling in every email. You're training customers to ignore you. Until MAYBE when one day they decide they might need you.
So what do you do instead? (I'm so glad you asked).
Treat your email to your customers, just you're talking to your friends. Tell them about your life, what's going on in your business this week, really anything that might interest THEM.
Because RELATIONSHIPS create consistent sales.
